Are the prices on the website final?

Yes, the prices on our website are final. The point of our platform is to make the prices transparent, so that the customer doesn’t have to bargain with the merchants. We understand that long-term renters would expect a lower price, which is why such a staggered pricing is mentioned for many products.

Do I have to set up an account to use rental tribe?

You don’t need an account to browse through our awesome collection of products! You may search or browse our website to find your product, or just see what we have on offer. If you do find the product, register with us and make a booking of the product(s). Then, upload the necessary documents to confirm your registration, and we take that to mean a confirmation of the booking as well. Of course, if you are already registered with us, you only need to book the product, and nothing else.

Do I have to pay a fee to use rental tribe?

We do not require you to pay us money to use our service. The usage is absolutely free*. *No terms or conditions apply!

Is delivery available?

Yes. This location may be your home/office, depending on what is convenient to you. We charge a minimal delivery fee for pick up and drop of the products. If you can pick up and drop from our address, you don’t have to pay delivery charges.

Can I pay online?

Yes! We accept both online payment as well as cash-on-delivery. In fact, we strongly suggest that the payments be made online because it is so much more convenient.

When do I have to make the payment?

For most items, the rental fee, as well as the logistics fee, must be paid at the time of delivery if not paid online at the time of booking.

Is there a minimum or maximum duration for rentals?

This very much depends on the type of product being rented out. On our pricing chart, you should see the rental prices for different rental durations. The first rental duration that you see there corresponds to the minimum rental period.

What if the product arrives in a damaged condition?

If you are dissatisfied with the state of a product on its arrival, please do get in touch with us immediately and we shall see to it that it is taken care of. We really believe in keeping our customers happy, and so go to great lengths in ensuring that they have a wonderful rental experience. We will definitely work with you in either getting the product repaired/replaced, at no cost to you.

What if the product stops working during the rental period?

Again, do get in touch with us ASAP, and we will ensure that the item is repaired/replaced at the earliest. If the product is malfunctioning due to no fault of yours, you shall not have to pay anything towards the replacement/repair. We shall take care of it end-to-end!
