🛒 Step 1: Place Your Order

  • Place order online — no upfront payment needed.

  • We currently serve 📍 Kolkata & nearby areas.

🪪 Step 2: Share Documents

  • Send Aadhaar / Govt. Photo ID with address via WhatsApp (📱 9674285556).

  • Share exact delivery location via Google Maps 🗺️.

💰 Step 3: Confirm with Advance

  • Pay ₹300 (non-refundable) advance to rentaltribe@axl (UPI).

  • This amount will be adjusted in your rent.

  • Send 📸 screenshot on WhatsApp to confirm booking.

📦 Step 4: Delivery

  • Items delivered a day before rental start date (7 AM–9 PM).

  • At delivery: 🔍 inspect equipment, take photos/videos.

💳 Step 5: Payment & Security

  • Pay remaining rent + security deposit at delivery (Cash/UPI).

  • 🔄 Security deposit refunded within 72 hrs after pickup & checks.

🚚 Step 6: Pickup & Returns

  • Pickup happens a day after rental end date (7 AM–9 PM).
